However, the Half-Life Cartoon Model Pack is not.

Simply download the pack (as referenced by the link below), rename it to pak1.pak, and stick it in your Half-Life/Valve directory. You should notice a beautiful difference then.

It modifies all ingame NPC/enemy models to look, you know, cartoony. Big eyes, exaggerated features, and smooth gradients. I like the Barney one especially.
